Our Process

1. Submit your Quote Request to info@globalbookcompany.co.za

2. To place your order, sign quotation and return to our office for processing.

3. Service Level Agreements (if applicable) completed by Global Book Company and School.

4. Stock arrives at Global Book Company and undergoes stringent quality-control procedures for damages/shortages.

5. Boxes are labelled according to Grade for ease of checking by coordinator.

6. Deliveries commence within 10-14 business days of processing.

6. Staff deliver to your school and lay out boxes delivery according to Grade for ease of checking.

7. Coordinator checks delivery is in order.

8. Backorder Reports for titles on backorder due to stock delays submitted to coordinator.
